With a theatre-style setting and comfortable seating, our Media Suite, complete with a well-equipped Media Working Room, is the ultimate space to host meetings, presentations and seminars for up to 96 delegates.
Our Working Room space adjoins the Media Suite and is perfect for breakout activities. Used in action by media reporters on match day, it’s a perfect classroom style layout with capacity for up to 40 guests and well equipped with numerous power sockets.
For a slightly more relaxed atmosphere, our laid-back Players’ Family Room, located on the ground floor of Vicarage Road Stadium, is a fantastic breakout space for up to 100 people. The space has a dedicated entrance close to the Media Suite, it’s ideal for conferences, networking events, or dedicated catering space when using the Media Suite. Our Player’s Family Room space has capacity for up to 80 guests.
